About the

Role:

Reporting to the Client Care Manager, the Customs Import Specialist is responsible for processing shipment releases for our clients accurately and efficiently while delivering outstanding service.

What You'll Do:

Monitor assigned entry folders and prioritize shipments by ETA for timely submission to customs Process entries for ocean, air, truck, and rail shipments Handle in-bonds, AES filings, prior notices, manifests, and ISF submissions Review documentation to ensure complete entry packages before processing Communicate internally and externally with carriers, vendors, and clients via phone and email Monitor entry dashboards and escalate \"moment of truth\" issues to the Production Manager Perform other duties as required
