Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinating shipments with Shippers and Receivers Communicate with customers, staff and vendors Correspond with overseas agents and clients Working with trucking companies to obtain quotations and handle the movement of freight Preparing quotations for clients and overseas offices/ agents Issuing documentation and handling the file from start to finish Knowledge of AES submissions preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of Air Import operations a plus but not required Job Requirements The candidate must: 3-5 years' experience in handling Air Export shipments preferred Be able to work independently, multi-task, be a team player and work in a fast paced environment Strong communication skills Ability to meet strict deadlines daily Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
