This is a relationship-driven sales position for someone who knows the Permian Basin, understands the completion and production side of the oil and gas industry, and has established relationships with operators and other key customers throughout the Midland-Odessa market. The right candidate knows the West Texas oilfield, enjoys being in front of customers,understands field operations, and can identify opportunities where our services and equipment can solve customer needs.

What You'll Do:

Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships throughout the Permian Basin. Build and maintain relationships with operators and key decision-makers supporting completion and production operations. Identify opportunities for CP Well Testing's flowback, well testing, drill-out, workstring, rental equipment, and other completion and production solutions. Stay connected with customers to understand upcoming activity, operational needs, and potential opportunities. Work closely with operations and leadership to develop solutions, pricing, and proposals that meet customer needs. Maintain awareness of customer activity, upcoming projects, competitors, and changing market conditions. Follow opportunities from initial customer contact through execution and maintain the relationship after the job is complete. Represent CP Well Testing at customer meetings, field locations, industry events,and other business-development activities. West Texas What We're Looking For:

Established customer relationships within the Midland-Odessa / Permian Basin oil and gas market. Experience in oilfield sales, account management, or business development,preferably within Completions and/or Production. Working knowledge of completion and production operations, including services such as flowback, well testing, drill-outs, rental equipment, or related oilfield services. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term customer relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based sales environment. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the West Texas market as business needs require. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

This position reports to the Vice President of Business Development, Marketing, and Social Media.
