EVA EMPLOYEE BENEFITS 1.

REQUIREMENTS 1.

Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and time management skills. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 3. Willingness to travel for training or to support other stations as required. 4. Ability to multitask effectively, solve problems independently, and work overtime as required. 5. Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION CARGO RESERVATION 1.

Handle booking requests, primarily via email. 2. Coordinate bookings with contracted freight forwarders. 3. Manager onward connecting flight space for cargo transiting through TPE to destinations in Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia and China. 4. Issue Cargo Charges Correction Advice for air waybill modifications or weight discrepancies. 5. Actively sell available cargo space, both on passenger and freighter aircraft to agents.
