Your ability to grow accounts, win new business, lead a strong team, and protect profitability is what will make you successful here. What You'll Do Drive account growth across the agency, owning both organic expansion of existing clients and net new business development. Develop and implement account strategies that drive long-term client growth, retention, and revenue. Serve as the account and/or program lead for high-profile, complex client programs, ensuring success, profitability, and client satisfaction. Build and approve account and program budgets and SOWs; ensure timely, accurate billing and own profitability against BvAs.
