Job Description
Jennifer Fukumae with Robert Half's Financial Services Division is partnering with a growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in Mill Valley seeking a Paraplanner to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their financial planning career who enjoys supporting advisors and helping deliver thoughtful financial plans to high-net-worth clients. This role will work closely with senior advisors to prepare financial plans, analyze client data, and assist in delivering comprehensive planning strategies.
ResponsibilitiesAssist advisors in the preparation and development of comprehensive financial plansGather and organize client financial data including assets, liabilities, income, and cash flowRun financial planning scenarios and analyze outputs using planning softwarePrepare meeting materials, reports, and client presentationsSupport advisors with follow-ups and implementation of planning recommendationsMaintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM systemsAssist with investment account paperwork and client onboarding when needed
