KPI Development:
Develop, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboard reporting to help operational leaders make data-driven decisions. Required Qualifications Bilingual Proficiency (Critical): Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal), with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable information for field staff.
