Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Operations Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Temecula, CA. • Maintain and reconcile financial and banking accounts to support accurate accounting records.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Support reporting, vendor communication, discrepancy research, and issue resolution.
• Develop, update, and standardize SOPs, training guides, manuals, and process documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and refresher training for accounting team members.
• Cross-train across accounting, banking, accounts payable, payroll, and reporting to provide departmental coverage as needed. Compensation and Benefits
