JET Infrastructure is seeking a commercially minded, detail-oriented analyst who can research unfamiliar markets, organize incomplete information, work confidently with commercial data, and translate findings into practical next steps under the direction of Commercial leadership. The role supports JET's existing business and new growth opportunities across airports, airlines, aviation fuel, terminals, pipelines, logistics, and related infrastructure. The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrate exceptional time-management, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills, and maintain a strong results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Sourcing
- Research airports, airlines, cargo carriers, fuel suppliers, terminal operators, competitors, infrastructure projects, and markets tied to JET's priorities.
- Review airport master plans, capital programs, bid/RFP activity, industry associations, public filings, and other sources to identify potential projects, commercial leads, and market-entry opportunities.
- Prepare concise market and customer briefs covering demand, infrastructure, supply options, key stakeholders, competitive alternatives, and relevant commercial entry points.
- Maintain recurring intelligence on priority airports, customers, competitors, and adjacent markets so Commercial leaders can focus business-development time where it is most likely to create value. Business, Volume & Commercial Analysis
- Build a working understanding of JET's existing sites, customers, contracts, and throughput patterns and use that knowledge to support day-to-day commercial decisions.
- Review historical and current volume/throughput data for trends, unusual changes, lost activity, customer shifts, or other issues and opportunities that warrant follow-up.
- Gather and organize pricing, volume, rate, market, contract, capital-project, and comparable-market data; develop preliminary pricing, volume, customer-cost, and scenario analyses using established models.
- Clearly identify key assumptions, sensitivities, information gaps, and commercial implications for review by the accountable Commercial lead; advanced modeling remains with FP&A as appropriate.
- Maintain and improve recurring reports, dashboards, or data views using established systems and templates so that commercial trends, performance changes, and opportunity gaps are easier to identify and act on. Partner with Commercial leadership, FP&A, or other technical resources when new data infrastructure or advanced reporting is required Deal, Pipeline & Proposal Support
- Support priority deals with research, data gathering, customer and market analysis, meeting briefs, and first-draft commercial content.
- Prepare first drafts of proposals, presentations, executive updates, and meeting materials using approved JET templates; coordinate with design/formatting support when needed.
- Coordinate assigned proposal and opportunity-support tasks, including organizing source materials, tracking open questions, collecting cross-functional inputs, monitoring deadlines, and preparing agreed deliverables under the direction of the accountable Commercial lead.
Promptly escalate matters requiring commercial authority, specialized review, or prioritization decisions. Contract, Customer & Commercial Team Support
- Maintain concise contract summaries and trackers for key dates, pricing adjustments, escalators, volume commitments, renewals, amendments, and open commercial actions.
- Support routine customer reporting, onboarding, meeting preparation, billing or service coordination, and follow-up while keeping the accountable Commercial lead informed.
- Organize diligence materials, source documents, prior correspondence, meeting notes, decision logs, and supporting analysis for active opportunities and negotiation preparation; Commercial leadership retains commercial positions and negotiation responsibility.
- Use Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, business-intelligence tools, shared data sources, and approved AI tools to improve speed, consistency, documentation, and repeatable workflows while following JET requirements for confidentiality, source validation, data accuracy, and information security.
This is a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly in response to customer needs, active opportunities, and business demands. Commercial leadership will establish priorities across market intelligence, active deals, recurring reporting, and customer-support assignments. The analyst will be expected to adapt effectively, communicate capacity constraints, track agreed deadlines, and escalate competing requests when priorities require clarification. Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, aviation, supply chain, energy, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- One to three years of relevant experience in commercial analysis, FP&A, business development support, market intelligence, logistics, operations, sales support, transportation, energy, infrastructure, or a similar analytical role.
