They are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join their finance team and help turn financial data into meaningful business insights.

Position OverviewThe Financial Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis across the organization. This role will work closely with Finance and Accounting leadership as well as operational teams to analyze financial performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large amounts of financial data. Experience within healthcare, healthcare services, or another complex, regulated industry is highly preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze monthly financial reports, management reporting, and financial dashboards.

Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

Analyze actual results compared to budget, forecast, and prior-year performance and investigate significant variances.

Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Monitor key financial and operational metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Partner with department leaders to understand financial performance and provide meaningful analysis.

Assist with revenue, expense, profitability, and productivity analysis.

Support financial planning related to new programs, services, investments, and business initiatives.

Prepare presentations and reporting materials for senior management.

Maintain and improve financial reporting tools, models, and processes.

Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial reports and analyses.
