Financial Coordinator - North Haven, CT Our client, a nonprofit organization, is seeking a Financial Coordinator to support financial administration and recordkeeping activities. This role will be responsible for processing transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters. Responsibilities Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records Reconcile accounts and monitor account activity Prepare routine financial reports and supporting documentation Maintain organized financial files and documentation Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies regarding financial matters Support compliance requirements and reporting deadlines Respond to inquiries and assist with financial administration tasks Qualifications Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Services, or related field preferred Prior accounting, bookkeeping, banking, or financial administration experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
