The Senior Performance Analyst is responsible forcalculating and analyzing a diverse portfolio of client performance using various performance and analytical tools as well asassistingwith broad team processes and development.
Responsibilities:
Review reports and projects assigned to Performance Analysts
Acts as a resource to new and junior performance analysts
Understanding of the subcomponents for team processes
Proactively looking for efficiencies and ways to improve the process for the Performance team
Help Investment Consultants and Client Analysts develop insight into client portfolio and investment performance
Serve as an expert resourceregardingperformance calculations and other performance concepts
Serve as a conduit between the Performance Team and firm Business Council's to provide specialized reporting and insights
Calculate,verifyand reconcile performance returns byutilizingcustodial data feeds and statements
Troubleshoot and provide solutions in collaborationwith membersof the client service team including Consulting Analysts and Consultants
Create and proactively execute complex client reporting structures
Collect portfolio characteristics for a variety of investments from outside sources
Partner with Investment Operations colleagues to provideaccuratedata for various client-related tasks
Respond to client requests ina timelyand efficient manner
Support Investment Consultants andassiston a variety of ad-hoc projects Required Education, Professional & Technical Experience Bachelor's degreerequiredwith a preferred concentration in Finance or Economics
CIPM or CFA achieved or in-progress preferred
Three (3) to five (5) years of investment consulting or financial industry work experience is preferred
PreviousCRM, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, Canoe,PARis, and custodial portal experience is a plus
Intermediate knowledge of capital markets, including domestic and foreign equity, fixedincomeand alternative investments
Hard-working professional with a collaborative approach and a desire to work in a team environment
Detail-oriented with keen attention to accuracy and organization
Ability to effectively problem solve
Outstanding communication skills are essential
Proficiencyin Microsoft Suite and intermediate Excel knowledge isrequired Essential Traits

This role may travel up to 5% of the time for training and or business/events.
This role offers a hybrid work model with three days in one of our professional office environments and two days remotely. Physical Job Expectations

The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. Paid Time Off
