Chase Staffing is currently hiring a Financial Analyst in the Cartersville, GA area. The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting business operations through financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision making. This role analyzes financial, operational, and inventory data to identify trends, improve business performance, and provide actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment.

Schedule:

On-site position Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial, operational, and inventory data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports using Microsoft Excel Investigate financial and operational variances Assist with inventory analysis and reconciliation Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments to support business initiatives Ensure data accuracy and maintain detailed documentation of analyses Present findings and recommendations in a clear, professional manner Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficiencies

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar analytical role Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and data analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Experience with inventory analysis preferred Manufacturing or logistics experience preferred Experience with SAP Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus Experience with customs and tariffs
