full-time We are seeking a Business / Financial Analyst II to support financial analysis, reporting, billing audits, systems audits, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience identifying financial trends and variances, and the ability to work with complex data from multiple sources. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and use data to identify discrepancies, trends, and business insights. Key Responsibilities Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business and operational decisions. Audit and review billing information, invoices, and financial data for accuracy and discrepancies. Conduct variance analysis and investigate differences between actual, budgeted, and expected results. Analyze complex information from multiple data sources and identify trends, relationships, and anomalies. Perform systems audits to validate data accuracy and consistency. Use SQL to retrieve, analyze, reconcile, and validate data from databases. Develop reports and provide analytical findings to stakeholders and management. Identify relationships between datasets and investigate the root cause of discrepancies. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with financial and operational information. Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing, financial, and data-related issues. Required Skills 2+ years of Financial Analysis and Reporting experience 1+ year of Variance Analysis experience 1+ year of SQL experience Experience with billing and/or invoice auditing Experience with systems auditing and data reconciliation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze complex information and identify trends and relationships Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills Experience with programming or data automation Python JavaScript Alteryx Advanced data analysis and reporting experience
