The Financial Analyst provides financial reporting, data analysis, reconciliations, and operational support across multiple divisions, regions, and business units. The position is primarily focused on financial analysis, with additional responsibility for Travel & Expense analysis, compliance, corporate programs, and administrative support as assigned. Reporting to the Manager, the Financial Analyst identifies trends and discrepancies, research financial and operational issues, and prepares findings and recommendations for management review. This position works closely with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Operations, Information Technology, and other corporate teams. The position is based in Sandy Springs, Georgia , and requires working on-site five days per week. Key Responsibilities Analyze monthly P&L results across divisions, regions, and business units. Review year-over-year sales, volume, pricing, margins, costs, payroll, inventory analyses. Monitor daily and monthly financial reporting and research material fluctuations, unusual activity, and performance trends. Perform reconciliations between financial, operational, and reporting systems to ensure data is accurate and complete. Review transaction-level activity and identify potential errors, exceptions, and data discrepancies. Prepare recurring financial reports, management summaries, supporting schedules, and ad hoc analyses. Analyze corporate travel and expense spending, compliance, rate performance, and potential savings opportunities. Support financial reporting and data validation related to corporate programs, vendors, acquisitions, and system integrations. Coordinate with the appropriate departments to research discrepancies, obtain supporting information, and monitor corrective actions. Assist with corporate program administration, vendor activities, system maintenance, and special projects as assigned. Expense report Analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of two years of professional experience working in a corporate environment supporting multiple divisions, regions, or business units. Experience with advanced Excel, Power BI, JDE, and other platforms is strongly preferred. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments, work independently, and meet deadlines. Proactive and collaborative, with a willingness to support team members and take on additional responsibilities when workload permits. Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work professionally with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, and appropriately handle confidential information. Experience in cement, concrete, construction, building materials, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
