Mondays are required onsite.
Primary responsibilities:
Process refund checks and OSFA invoices. Process and update NIL collections invoices . Handle monthly invoice submissions and tracking during staff absences. Track and report postage usage. Process ECSI-related invoices . Maintain spreadsheets for financial and administrative tracking. Support NIL Promissory Note manifests . Assist with intake, review, and tracking of documentation for institutional eligibility for state financial aid programs. Order office supplies and assist with mailings, scanning, and document management. Respond to calls and inquiries from students and families. Coordinate with other DHE work units. Provide administrative, meeting-planning, and special-project support. Required skills Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . Spreadsheet and record management. Invoice processing and financial administration. Documentation review and tracking. Written and verbal communication. Understanding and application of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Strong organization and attention to accuracy. Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and urgent operational needs.
Pay:
$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
