Job Description Summary Position will be responsible for financial and costing activities for Matec, in accordance with GAAP, as well as in accordance with

TIMET/PCC

Corporate Policies. Position involves direct interaction with plant level personnel, commercial sales personnel, local operations manager in the preparation of product costing actives and inventory control, and Sarbanes Oxley responsibilities. Essential Functions Ensure the integrity of key processes by understanding systems, flow of transactions, internal controls and recommending efficiency improvement

Produce and maintain business dashboards reports (Daily Flex, Weekly P&L, and others)

Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as required

Assist with month end closing including the preparation of month end journal entries and account reconciliations

Develop and maintain cost models

Oversee inventory counts and reconciliations

Assist with internal and external audits

Assist with creating budgets and forecasts

Assist with audit requests including SOX and internal and external auditors

Participate in various team projects

Assist SOX Coordinator with various Sarbanes Oxley responsibilities

Assist with the completion of the FQR and MOR package

Complete various census, tax, and other government survey requests.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $65,000 to $80,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
