Based on general knowledge. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decision-making. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related experience preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills. Based on general knowledge. Experience with financial modeling and reporting tools is highly preferred. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders across the organization. ERP system experience is a plus. Preferred Skills Financial planning and forecasting.
