Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Senior DoD Financial Analyst / Program Financial Manager . This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Provide senior PPBE, programming, budgeting, and execution support. Develop spend plans and

POM/SPAR

inputs. Track obligations/disbursements and reconcile program funding. Produce leadership financial reports. Support LCCE/LCSP/IGCE and acquisition documentation.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

DoD PPBE. RDT&E, Procurement, O&M appropriations. Budget execution. Financial reporting and analysis. Advanced Excel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

ACEIT proficiency. Ability to develop financial schedules and support lifecycle cost estimates. Experience with DoD financial/budget processes.

Travel:

Up to 20%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Current WRPBH financial incumbent. MDAPT/PTS/CBE/PCAN/CCaR/PIEE. DHA medical acquisition financial experience. Min.

U.S Citizenship.
