Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract to hire Senior Financial Analyst for our client in the Burnsville, MN area . This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $38-$44 per hour , depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Analyze cash flow data from multiple funding sources and develop forecasting models. Monitor project financial performance, budgets, actual costs, and labor reporting. Prepare and maintain project summaries, financial reports, and status updates. Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Contracts, Operations, and Business Development teams to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies. Support pricing and financial analysis for new business opportunities, contract modifications, task orders, and proposal submissions. Develop and analyze labor rates, staffing plans, indirect rates, and forward pricing assumptions. Conduct profitability, scenario, and price sensitivity analyses. Ensure proposal pricing aligns with accounting practices, historical financial data, and applicable cost principles. Assist with audit support, documentation, and compliance requirements. Qualifications Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting experience. Advanced Excel and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience supporting cost proposals, pricing analysis, or complex project finance initiatives is highly preferred.
