We're hiring a Sr Financial Analyst to join our clients team on a contract basis. This role will report to the Controller. This role sits onsite in Shakopee. Own all aspects of the AR, AP and Cash Processes within Epicor ERP software Receivable ensuring all transactions are completed timely, accurately, and consistently Analyze and report on manufacturing variances Assist the Controller in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecasts Monitor cash and collections Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations and complete month end AR, AP and Deposit Reconciliations Processing ACH payments to AP vendors and others as needed Prepare key AR and AP information for the weekly cash flow report Complete month end backlog and billings report Assist with internal and external audits by providing working paper documentation and responding to inquiries. Support the month-end and year-end close processes and assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Assist in the maintenance of the general ledger Monitor and report on the company's daily and weekly cash position, providing insights and recommendations to the Financial Controller. Perform monthly reconciliations of all company bank accounts Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including receiving and verifying invoices, processing payments, and reconciling vendor statements. Oversee the accounts receivable process, including generating and sending all company invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.

Qualifications:

$42.00 - $46.00 per hour
