Key Responsibilities Create complex models, budget and forecast Analyze financial results, identify variances, and explain key trends Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, inventory, and profitability Partner with Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to evaluate performance and identify cost saving opportunities Support reporting improvements, data accuracy, and ERP system optimization Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to management Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling abilities Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred Experience in distribution, or manufacturing preferred Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience with multi-location or multi-entity businesses A CPA, CFA or MBA is a plus
