Benchmark operational performance and unit costs against industry peers and regional healthcare standards. Assist in regulatory financial reporting and audit preparation.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MSF) or relevant certification (e.g., CHFP, FHFMA, CFA) is a plus.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within a hospital, healthcare system, physician practice group, or health insurance environment.

Core Competencies Analytical Thinking:

Ability to synthesize complex clinical, financial, and volume data into actionable strategic insights.

Communication:

Skilled at translating complex financial concepts into clear, concise presentations for non-financial clinical leaders and operational stakeholders.
