Monday - Friday 8a-4p Job Summary The Treasury Specialist will report to the Assistant Director of Treasury and will assist in providing timely and accurate treasury functions to support senior leadership's strategic vision. Duties and Responsibilities General Ledger Post daily bank transactions to NetSuite Import Bank Data on a monthly basis Banking Positive Pay (Uploads/Exceptions) Deposits (Remote/Branch) Bank Statement Download- Monthly Online Banking (Wires/Transfer/ACH) Check Inquires/Stop Payments Purchase Care Program Follow up on Open items (Unapproved Transactions/Missing Receipts/Coding) Provide account maintenance (Handle increases and decreases of credit lines, unlocking of cards, manage allowable MCC codes, etc.) Providing GL Team the monthly Upload File Other Provide audit support and special projects All other duties as assigned Position Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting a plus 5 years of Treasury experience Certified Treasury Professional a plus Strong excel skills Attention to details Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects Participate in process improvement Willingness to flex job responsibilities to support the team in reaching overall Treasury workload and objectives Must be able to work regularly on-site. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
