job summary: We are partnering with a rapidly growing global organization in Northern Westchester to find a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a highly visible, hands-on role perfect for an independent problem-solver who loves diving deep into data, driving business strategy, and owning their work from start to finish. This is a role that is required to be onsite 4 days a week.

135,000 per year work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelor's degree experience: 5 Years responsibilities: Supports the financial performance analysis of the Division's business segments
Collaborate with operational teams to develop the Division's annual financial plan and short-term forecasting
Support GAAP and SOX requirements through oversight of key controls financial statement integrity
Provide actionable recommendation on advancement of net margin improvement and cost leadership objectives
Compile performance reports and track KPIs to support Division Leadership in optimizing financial performance
Develop and distribute P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting utilizing local business systems qualifications: Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
6-10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and/or management accounting
Experience in forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
ERP experience (preferred: Syteline, SAP)
Experience with OneStream, Sage financial software systems i
Experience supporting a dynamic product development & manufacturing organization is preferred skills: $500M-1 billion
