• 135,000 per year work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelor's degree experience: 5 Years responsibilities: Supports the financial performance analysis of the Division's business segments
• Collaborate with operational teams to develop the Division's annual financial plan and short-term forecasting
• Support GAAP and SOX requirements through oversight of key controls financial statement integrity
• Provide actionable recommendation on advancement of net margin improvement and cost leadership objectives
• Compile performance reports and track KPIs to support Division Leadership in optimizing financial performance
• Develop and distribute P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting utilizing local business systems qualifications: Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6-10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and/or management accounting
• Experience in forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
• ERP experience (preferred: Syteline, SAP)
• Experience with OneStream, Sage financial software systems i
• Experience supporting a dynamic product development & manufacturing organization is preferred skills: $500M-1 billion
