The purpose of the Finance Rotational Program (FRP) is to cultivate a robust pipeline to sustain succession plans in support of a world class Finance organization. The FRP is a three year program consisting of three one year rotational assignments within the Finance function across manufacturing, division, and corporate. The rotations are aimed at providing participants with the opportunity to learn and experience a variety of Finance roles. Rotations are designed to provide in-depth opportunities and experiences to accelerate participant's careers. Participants can expect a broad range of experiences and gain competencies as well as an opportunity to make a real contribution to the organization The program includes: Robust and challenging rotational assignments
Ongoing mentoring from and visibility with top leaders
Ongoing coaching during each rotation
Personal and group development opportunities
Leadership development
General Requirements 3 year commitment to the rotational program
Mobility within the U.S. for annual rotation
Required Years and Area of Experience:
Relevant work experience not required
Bachelor's degree in: Business, Economics, and/or Finance or equivalent
Master's degree in related area preferred
Desire to obtain certifications preferred (e.g. CPA, CMA, CFA, etc.)
Six Sigma Green belt/Black belt certification - a plus
Technical Skills:
Introductory knowledge of data analytics tools and related programming languages (SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, Power Pivot, Visual Basic/macros, Python)
PeopleSoft and/or SAP experience desired
Cost accounting/manufacturing experience desired
Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint required
Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge required
Qualifications Attention to detail, accuracy, process-oriented and organized a must
Ability to analyze and interpret data and link to business implications required
Ability to evaluate large volumes of complex data and builds actionable reports
Supports the detailed design and development of dashboard reporting
Excellent communication (including presentation) skills
Data driven problem solving capability
Continuous process/product improvement capability
Interest in working in different Finance function areas

This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $64,348.00 - $88,479.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
