Job Description
$32 - $37 Our client, an electrical manufacturer, is actively hiring a Plant Cost & Financial Analyst to join their team in Fairfield, OH! This role will be a hybrid position with 4 days a week onsite. In this role, you will be supporting the Plant Controller in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful manufacturing finance reporting.

- + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related + 2-3 years of cost accounting/financial analysis experience + Experience with reporting tools (Excel and PowerBI) + Prior experience with Oracle ERP is a plus
- What you will be doing:
- + Own their weekly and intra-week reports for WIP, inventory transactions, material usage variance, PPV, and the plant P&L + Prepare Analysis of Changes + Turn transactional data into explanations of cost drivers and flags so the leadership team can act on themMotion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
