The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing and summarizing financial data from a variety of data sources to help provide financial insight to key members of the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile, organize, and analyze financial data from various data sources Convert complex financial data into actionable financial insights Run and create reports out of multiple data systems Review financial information to ensure accuracy and implement procedures for correction if necessary Communicate financial information to internal and external parties Assist in the process of monthly financial reviews with operational directors and managers Create ad hoc reports and analyses as requested Share results and insights from various projects to members of the organization Support regular financial analysis processes Investigate financial data to find trends and patterns Support yearly budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes Research non-profits and the healthcare industry to gain understanding of financial trends Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups internal or external.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to use Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, effectively. The individual should also have the ability to learn the reporting function of the practice management system as well as the reporting function of the financial accounting software.
