- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Build and maintain financial models to support revenue analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers impacting performance.
- Partner with operational leaders to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Analyze revenue trends, business unit performance, and compensation incentive programs.
Senior Financial Analyst:
- 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
- Prior insurance brokerage industry experience is required for remote consideration.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis expertise.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems, including Workday Adaptive preferred.
