Responsibilities Managing all billing processes Processing and following up on insurance claims and patient balances Reconciling credit card transactions Processing checks and maintaining accurate financial records Handling accounting and bookkeeping tasks Monitoring and improving business collections Managing overall office revenue and financial workflows Tracking and reporting all monthly financials to leadership Entering financial information into Quickbooks, reconciliation, and reporting Supporting the growth and efficiency of our practice Experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent integrity and discretion when handling financial information Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Experience with billing, accounting, bookkeeping, and dental office financial operations is preferred Positive attitude and willingness to grow with our team Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly Knowledge of dental collection procedures and healthcare reimbursement policies is highly desirable
