Senior Financial Analyst-Chattanooga, TN I'm partnering with a global manufacturing company to find a finance professional ready to step into a high-impact role supporting two key plant locations. If you have a few years of finance experience and want a seat at the table with operations leadership, this is a strong next step. This is not a back-office reporting role. You'll be in the business, partnering with plant leaders, owning key financial processes, and helping drive real results across cost, cash, inventory, and productivity. What you'll do:

+ Partner with site leadership to improve cost, cash, and margin performance

+ Lead reporting on key plant metrics including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cash

+ Analyze manufacturing cost structure, inventory, and value stream performance

+ Drive excess and obsolete inventory analysis and process improvement

+ Perform variance analysis across material, conversion, productivity, volume, and mix

+ Support month-end close, journal entries, and reporting packages

+ Help lead cross-functional operational improvement projects Why this role stands out:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 3+ years of experience in FP& A, operational finance

+ Experience with cost accounting

+ Advanced Excel skills

+ Knowledge of US GAAP

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions

+ Percent of completion revenue recognition experience is a plus
