Financial Analyst Location:

Orem, UT | Onsite, 5 days per week

Compensation:

$85,000-$100,000 + annual bonus CV Resources is partnering with a growing, employee-owned construction company to identify a Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into financial data, evaluating project performance, and partnering with operational teams to support business decisions. What You'll Do:

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and executive-level presentations. Evaluate project profitability, job costs, and overall financial performance. Partner with project managers and operations teams to provide financial insights and support informed decision-making. Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. Assist with financial modeling, ad hoc analysis, and strategic business initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

2-5 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience. Strong financial modeling, reporting, and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both finance and operations teams. Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and thrive in a low-micromanagement environment. A proactive, engaged mindset with an interest in growing alongside the organization. Construction, manufacturing, or other project-based industry experience. Job cost accounting or project profitability analysis experience. Experience with M&A or supporting business growth initiatives. Familiarity with Vista by Viewpoint or Procore.

Compensation & Benefits:

$85,000-$100,000 annual salary, depending on experience. Annual performance bonus, typically 5-8%, based on company and individual performance. Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
