What You'll Be Doing Helping patients understand their financial responsibilities Collecting patient portions, copays, and outstanding balances Following up on accounts and keeping collections strong Setting up and monitoring financial arrangements Keeping patient accounts accurate and organized Working alongside an awesome front-office team Helping us crush our daily and monthly collection goals
