Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle, the Revenue Cycle Improvement/Payer Credentialing Coordinator serves as a central operational resource for revenue cycle performance improvement across Patient Access, Coding, Billing, Finance, and clinical departments to identify operational inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate process improvement initiatives that enhance revenue integrity, compliance, and financial performance. The coordinator collaborates with operational departments to ensure workflows support accurate charge capture, timely billing, denial prevention, and optimal reimbursement. The role assists leadership by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and supporting operational initiatives that strengthen revenue cycle performance.
