You will play a vital part in guiding customers through the financing process, structuring deals that meet their needs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Duties Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and present tailored financing options, upselling additional products such as extended warranties to maximize customer value Manage the entire loan process from application to approval , including credit analysis, loan structuring, and documentation in compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and dealership policies Answer and follow up with incoming sales leads promptly through phone calls, text messages, email , and online platforms, converting leads into dealership appointments and vehicle sales . Utilize dealership management software to process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining detailed records of all deals Negotiate terms with clients to secure favorable financing arrangements while adhering to automotive industry regulations and financial compliance standards Conduct client communication throughout the sales process, explaining financing options clearly and answering questions about credit requirements, loan terms, and contractual obligations Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to secure funding approvals, ensuring all title processing, registration, and legal documentation are completed accurately and promptly Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive sales industry regulations, financial regulations, credit analysis techniques, and dealership policies to ensure compliant practices at all times Requirements Proven experience in dealership sales or financial services, preferably with loan officer background or automotive financing expertise Strong understanding of automotive sales industry regulations, financial regulatory compliance including TILA, title processing, and transaction structuring Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently Skilled in negotiation, upselling, and closing deals effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Familiarity with financial software is a plus Basic math skills Knowledge of credit analysis procedures and experience working within automotive loan processing standards Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; willingness to stay current on industry knowledge of automotive sales regulations and financial compliance standards Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise drives success—helping customers find their perfect vehicle while securing optimal financing solutions.
