This is a key position responsible for overseeing accounting and administrative functions across the company's branch locations, as well as managing payroll administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with management, and to grow your career with a friendly team! Jaoanese bilingual is a plus. Accounting & Financial Operations Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for the company and its five locations Manage AP and AR activities, and maintain accurate and timely accounting records Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing Monitor invoices, payments, collections, and outstanding balances Coordinate with external CPA, tax advisors as needed Payroll Administration Manage and oversee ADP payroll for approximately 85 employees Coordinate payroll processing, including employee changes, deductions, and related documentation Work with management and employees to resolve payroll-related questions and issues Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure payroll processes are completed timely Multi-Location Administration Oversee accounting-related matters for five manufacturing/branch locations Maintain required business permits and licenses for each location Communicate with five locations to keep up with updates and status Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 3+ years of accounting experience Experience with AP/AR and general accounting Experience managing or administering payroll, preferably ADP Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience working with manufacturing or multi-location businesses is a plus Japanese/English bilingual is a plus

Salary:

$70,000 per year, depending on experience
