What You'll Do As a Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in the vehicle delivery process by helping customers secure financing solutions that fit their needs while presenting valuable protection products that enhance their ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze customer credit applications to secure optimal financing options Present financing solutions, vehicle protection plans, service contracts, GAP coverage, and other beneficial products Structure deals and complete all financing paperwork accurately, legally, and ethically Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions Deliver a transparent, professional, and customer-focused finance experience Achieve and exceed monthly goals for F&I income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth and exceptional customer buying experience Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations

Required Qualifications:

Previous Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager experience Proven record of strong F&I production and product penetration Consistently high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a process-driven environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Why Join Us?
