•110,000 Direct Hire A growing Southern California-based construction and real estate development company is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations and support the financial management of a fast-paced project environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant ready to step into management or an Accounting Manager looking for a highly visible role reporting directly to the CEO. What You'll Do Oversee daily accounting operations and manage an Accounting Clerk (AP) Lead month-end close and financial reporting processes Prepare and analyze financial statements Maintain accurate general ledger activity and reconciliations Support cash flow management and accounting process improvements Assist with accounting cleanup projects and implement best practices Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and reporting Work within QuickBooks, Excel, and the company's proprietary ERP/project management system What We're Looking For Fluent Mandarin and English required Strong QuickBooks experience required Experience with month-end close and financial reporting Bachelor's degree preferred Construction, real estate development, architecture, or design industry experience is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills Self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance Process improvement mindset and willingness to recommend new ideas Tech-savvy with knowledge of automation or AI tools a plus
