Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations and support accurate, timely financial reporting in San Ramon, California. This role oversees key close activities, maintains the integrity of the general ledger, and helps ensure compliance with internal standards and external reporting requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, a hands-on approach to reconciliations and journal entries, and the ability to partner effectively across the organization.
Review accounting workpapers and ensure accuracy of supporting documentation.
Analyze complex transactions and recommend proper accounting treatment.
Ensure compliance with
Collaborate with business partners, global teams, and auditors on reporting matters.
Improve processes through automation, analytics, and technology solutions.
Support ERP systems, financial data integrity, and system workflows.
Mentor staff and promote a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead month-end close activities, including entries, reconciliations, account analysis, and issue resolution.Review accounting workpapers and ensure accuracy of supporting documentation.

GAAP, SEC
regulations, SOX, and internal controls.Collaborate with business partners, global teams, and auditors on reporting matters.
