We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join a growing medical device manufacturing organization in Bethel, Connecticut. This position plays a key role in guiding financial planning, performance analysis, and decision support for leadership through accurate reporting and forward-looking insights. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical depth, manufacturing finance expertise, and the ability to turn complex data into practical recommendations that improve business results.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with finance leadership to support the monthly close by reviewing financial results, identifying trends, and explaining performance drivers.
• Build and enhance structured planning processes for pricing analysis, gross margin reporting, sales forecasting, and working capital performance.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, while contributing to the development of the annual operating budget and long-range financial plans.
• Evaluate capital spending, revenue expectations, and strategic initiatives through financial models that support sound business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop business cases for investments, operational projects, and resource allocation decisions.
• Produce recurring management reporting and business review materials that highlight financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Examine financial and operational practices to identify process improvements that strengthen reporting accuracy, cash flow visibility, and overall efficiency.
• Lead ad hoc analysis and cross-functional projects related to benchmarking, profitability, planning, and broader business performance needs.
