A bit about us:
We are a global alternative asset manager with $94 billion in assets under management, built through the combination of two firms with more than 30 years of combined experience in private markets.
Our platform spans private equity, credit, real estate, and infrastructure, with a deep specialization in the U.S. middle market — a segment that powers nearly 50 million American jobs but remains underrepresented in most investment portfolios. Headquartered in Philadelphia with a footprint across 14 offices worldwide, we serve institutional investors and private wealth clients through a combination of scale, sponsor relationships, and deep sector expertise.
Our approach is simple:
look beyond the obvious, and find opportunity where others don't. Why join us?
This is a firm built on client-first thinking, and that same standard applies to how we treat our people.
You'll work alongside experienced investment professionals in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment where rigor and long-term thinking matter more than shortcuts. As a growing platform backed by decades of track record and real scale, we offer the resources of an established manager with the agility and opportunity of a firm still building its next chapter. If you want to do meaningful work in private markets, with a team that values discipline, innovation, and doing right by the client, we'd like to talk. #accounting-finance #asset-management #associate #strategic-finance #tier1
