Estero, FL | On-Site ???? $100,000+ | Based on Experience & Credentials Direct-Hire Opportunity Exact Talent Acquisition is partnering with an established and highly respected organization in Estero to identify an experienced Accounting Manager for a key leadership position within its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting leader who can make an immediate positive impact while continuing to grow with the organization. The position will focus heavily on leadership, oversight, financial reporting, and accounting operations , with direct visibility to executive management. What You'll Do Provide leadership, management, and oversight of accounting functions Lead, mentor, and support accounting team members Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP Review financial information and reporting for accuracy and completeness Strengthen accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls Communicate financial information effectively with executive leadership and other departments Take ownership of issues and help drive effective solutions Support the continued growth and development of the accounting function What We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree required Previous accounting management and supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of GAAP Strong financial reporting skills Experience with lease-related financial reporting and accounting highly preferred Excellent communication and leadership abilities A skilled, hands-on manager capable of making an immediate impact Someone interested in a long-term opportunity with the ability and desire to grow into greater responsibility Compensation & Benefits Starting salary is $100,000+ , based on experience and credentials, along with excellent benefits .
