Accounting Manager - Association Management Newman-Dailey Resort Properties Inc is seeking an Accounting Manager for our Association Management Division!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of accounting functions for association division Train and supervise all on-site personnel in accounting duties Establish and maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for association fiscal operations Assist CPA with year-end tax returns Assist Director with yearly budget projections for each association Reconcile bank accounts, prepare statements, and submit reports of financial operations to the board of directors Manage accounts payable and receivable functions Prepare monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual assessment statements for homeowners Monitor accuracy of cash receipts and expense coding Attend weekly staff meetings Perform other duties as assigned

Inter-Relationships:

Director, office staff, maintenance, and vendors Homeowners, board of directors, financial institutions, and insurance companies

Needed Attributes:

Accounting degree or equivalent work experience required Proficient in Microsoft Applications Ability to direct and organize work duties of subordinates Ability to work in a team environment
