Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Multi-Entity Accounting Manager to lead our complex financial operations across multiple organizational entities. Duties Oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities across multiple entities, including general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end close processes. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), and regulatory reporting requirements. Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative environment focused on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to facilitate audits, regulatory filings, and financial disclosures. Conduct detailed financial analysis, cost accounting review, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Implement and optimize accounting systems and software to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities. Lead cash management activities including treasury management, bank reconciliations, and liquidity forecasting to ensure optimal cash flow across all entities. Skills Extensive knowledge of accounting principles including GAAP, IFRS, governmental accounting standards, and non-profit accounting practices. Proven experience managing multi-entity organizations with complex financial structures. Strong understanding of SOX compliance, regulatory frameworks, and international accounting regulations. Proficiency in financial software systems such as ERP platforms and advanced Excel data analysis tools. Expertise in financial report writing, balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, and account reconciliation procedures. Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on financial concepts like debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
