Finance & Accounting Operations Manager Location:
Buford, GA About Tribeca Family (Shine Time Express Car Wash) Tribeca Family (Shine Time Express Car Wash) is an acquisition platform focused on building one of the highest-performing express car wash companies in the United States. We own the real estate beneath our washes and are acquiring and developing locations with the goal of building a best-in-class operating company. We're looking for someone who wants to build, not maintain. This role will work directly with the founding leadership team to create the financial and administrative infrastructure that will support a rapidly growing platform. This is not a traditional accounting position. Our outside accounting firm handles the monthly financial close, tax, and technical accounting. Your job is to ensure the day-to-day financial operations run flawlessly. Position Summary The Finance & Accounting Operations Manager will own the administrative and operational finance functions across multiple entities. You will be responsible for keeping the business organized, ensuring vendors and employees are paid accurately and on time, supporting acquisitions, and serving as the primary liaison between our operating companies and our outside accounting firm. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, systems-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Payroll & Human Resources Own payroll processing and payroll accuracy across all entities Manage employee onboarding and offboarding Maintain employee records and benefits administration Coordinate with HR providers and payroll platforms Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll requirements Accounts Payable & Vendor Management Manage all vendor onboarding, W-9 collection, and payment setup Process vendor invoices and payments Maintain vendor relationships Monitor recurring expenses and subscriptions Assist with contract administration Banking & Cash Management Manage multiple bank accounts across operating and investment entities Process wires, ACH transfers, and internal fund movements Monitor cash balances Maintain banking portals and user permissions Coordinate with lending partners on administrative requests Accounting Operations Prepare and organize monthly accounting support for our outside CPA firm Reconcile supporting schedules Maintain fixed asset and capital expenditure records Organize documentation for audits, tax returns, and lender reporting Improve accounting workflows and documentation Acquisitions & New Location Setup Coordinate financial onboarding for newly acquired businesses Open bank accounts Establish utility accounts Set up insurance policies Coordinate business licenses and permits Assist with legal entity administration Build operational checklists to ensure seamless integrations Systems & Process Improvement Create and document standard operating procedures Identify automation opportunities Improve internal controls Help implement new financial software and technology Build scalable administrative processes Administrative Support Maintain corporate records Assist with investor and lender requests Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, insurance brokers, and vendors Handle special projects directly for executive leadership Qualifications 5+ years of accounting, finance operations, or business operations experience Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills Experience with payroll systems Experience with AP automation platforms (Ramp or similar preferred) Comfortable managing multiple legal entities and bank accounts Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Experience supporting a multi-location business Experience working with outside CPA firms Experience with acquisitions or rapid-growth companies Experience in private equity-backed or founder-led businesses What Success Looks Like Within your first year you will: Build scalable finance and administrative processes that support a growing platform Ensure payroll, vendor payments, and banking operations run flawlessly Become the primary point of contact for our outside accounting firm Successfully integrate new acquisitions into our financial infrastructure Free up executive leadership to focus on acquisitions, operations, and growth Why Join Us?
