Accounting Manager The Accounting Manager supports the Assistant Director of Finance in maintaining accurate general ledgers and performing balance sheet reconciliations. They will also oversee various functions within the Finance Department, ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies. Responsibilities will encompass payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit, and general cashiering. This role is part of the A&G, reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
What You Will Do Month-End Closing:
Assist in closing the month by posting journal entries and reviewing General Ledgers, including:
Balance Sheet Reconciliation:
Help reconcile all balance sheet account
Forecasting & Budgeting:
Assist the Director of Finance in updating forecasts and preparing budgets.
Contract Database Management:
Work with Capgemini in maintaining and updating our contract database. Assist with special assignments that may be requested from time to time. Support leadership decisions through reporting and data-driven insights. Assist and lead the implementation of all new systems in 2027.
Process Efficiency & Governance:
Drive adoption of best practices and standards. Maximize the use of standardized tools and templates by the properties. Minimize Capgemini errors reported by the properties. Maximize efficiency of onsite processes. Assist in establishing/enforcing policies, rules, internal controls and safeguards. What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. What To Expect

Salary Range:
$78,300 - $95,700
