Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Manage inventory and pricing: Review and adjust room accommodations, rate inventory, and group cut-off dates based on demand trends Optimize sellout strategies: Collaborate with Front Office leadership to implement sellout strategies and ensure daily inventory balance Lead revenue management meetings: Conduct weekly meetings to evaluate booking trends, pricing strategies, and market opportunities Analyze performance and adjust strategies: Monitor key revenue reports, analyze booking pace, and refine strategies based on performance insights Develop pricing strategies: Establish and maintain annual transient pricing to ensure consistency across all booking channels Forecast revenue and demand: Prepare and refine weekly, monthly, and annual revenue forecasts to anticipate demand and maximize revenue Monitor market trends: Track competitor pricing, demand indicators, and market events to inform pricing and inventory decisions
