Qualifications 8+ years of progressive revenue management experience within luxury or ultra-luxury hotel/resort environments Strong proficiency in Marriott systems including One Yield, OPERA PMS, and HPP, with advanced Excel and complex data analytics capabilities Proven ability to independently manage pricing and inventory decisions with strong business acumen and strategic thinking Responsibilities Execute pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to optimize ADR, RevPAR, and TRevPAR while maintaining rate parity and system integrity across all Marriott and third-party platforms Analyze booking trends, segmentation performance, and demand drivers to prepare weekly, monthly, and long-range forecasts, and support annual budgeting and strategic planning Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting, translating KPI data (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, RGI, channel contribution) into actionable insights for executive leadership
