full-time Lease Accounting Manager (43016) Our client, a growing organization, is looking for a Lease Accounting Manager to oversee lease accounting and reporting while partnering across the business to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. Great opportunity to own a critical accounting function, gain exposure across the organization, and drive process improvements! Responsibilities Manage lease accounting and reporting in accordance with ASC 842. Oversee monthly close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and lease-related reporting. Review new and modified lease agreements and ensure accurate accounting treatment. Maintain lease data and support related accounting systems. Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Support audits, controls, and ongoing process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 842 lease accounting. Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
